Summer is here. Are you ready? This year, I’ve got goals for the summer that don’t include spending a lot of time in the kitchen. I’m all about simple suppers, sometimes cold, that don’t involve a lot of time, ingredients, or heat — which is reflected in my June Meal Plan.
Yes, I’m going to be chill this summer, but not SO chill that I’m skipping my monthly meal plan! But I *might* just be chill enough to use this meal plan three months in a row!
To make this meal plan, I pulled most meals from my favorite Simple Summer Dinner Ideas. The meals are quick, fresh, and take little time to prepare.
